I had built my own site with the help of a techie son and a couple of years later I updated it – but to me it looked static, stagnant and boring. Not a great look. I decided to look into the Business in a Box offering and immediately saw that it was what I needed. It wasn’t a cheap option, but Janine and Chantal were absolutely worth their weight in gold!

I had constant contact with the Dream Team throughout the process. I had a number of excellent Teams conversations that led Janine to really tune in to the real sound of me – eccentric, amusing (sorry to toot my own trumpet!) quick thinking and, dare I say it, a little bit theatrical. I couldn’t believe it when I received the first draft – I really could hear me! And it was a true, authentic sound.

When it all started to come together, the real feel of the site started to shine out, and I was thrilled. I am not the most technical of people, and I really needed handholding throughout the process. But she never let the smile slip and constantly reassured me that any and all questions and queries are valid.

I feel the finished article is fun, open, just light-hearted enough, and as glossy as I hoped I could look.
