When it came to a website, I knew I wanted something modern and user-friendly, and I also knew I’d need advice and support along the way – as tech isn’t my strong point. I had a clear idea of what I wanted but the tricky part is always getting that idea out of your brain and describing it to someone else from scratch! The process was brilliant at doing exactly this. There is a form to fill in which prompts you for your likes, dislikes and what you want to say in each part of the site. I invested quite a bit of time getting this all filled in and the investment paid off. The first draft was (on the whole) exactly what I was after, other than a few tweaks here and there.

I can be a bit of a perfectionist so I can’t have been the easiest customer at times and coupled with this, I can feel overwhelmed by tech and its jargon as it isn’t my strong point. This made me an even trickier customer! Every question or query was responded to with genuine care and thought, helping me to understand and make decisions. Even the smallest of tweaks were attended to by the team with importance. Janine was at the end of my emails to answer questions, offer support and keep the project moving forward. And behind the scenes Chantal was working through all my feedback, rigorously crossing off completed actions and adding comments to answer my queries. Chantal often sent me videos explaining why she had done certain things and why. This made my lack of tech experience a non-existent worry throughout.

I knew I needed this support for my website and I genuinely thought the investment in a team as good as The Celebrant Studio was worth it. This said, it felt a lot of money to part with at such early days in my new business venture. At this point, it was absolutely the right investment to make, and I would go back and spend that again to use the team. It was worth every penny and the result is something I am over the moon with and truly reflects me as a person and a Celebrant. It was the best feeling to launch my business to the big wide world with a very shiny new website that I was excited to show off. I can’t rate the team higher and would recommend to all.
